If there is any heavier duty cleaning required at your home, let us know as this will likely adjust your estimate. We base our pricing on approximate square footage, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms, however if there is any atypical areas inside the property that require cleaning, i.e. floor-to-ceiling windows then this will also contribute to the amount of time that we schedule your cleaning team for. We recommend that when you contact Vancouver Cleaning Team about the age of your property, the last time that you had a professional cleaning and if you have any children, pets, mold inside the property etc.
