Please note that all of our estimates are based on square footage and we only do site visits for post construction projects. When contacting us, the more detail you can provide - the better! This includes things like extra tall windows, age of your property mold, mildew and grease buildup, pets, children or any unusual circumstances (we once had someone contact us about a room built around a rock). These are all super helpful for us because it allows us to give you a more accurate estimate (and so that you're not shocked at the end of your service and once your invoice arrives.)
